At the first level the child gains confidence in the water. Trust gains by playing and having fun. It is a time when both, teacher and parent need patience and understanding in relation to the child. Each individual will record progress at their own pace, building confidence as a safety feature are the core ingredients at this stage of the program.

Our teachers have a lot of experience in this field and already have in their portfolio thousands of children and adults who have overcome this level in a very short time.

The child is aware of elementary freestyle and back actions, those elements being a priority within the program. Level 2 is a challenge for the swimmer and teacher because there are many things to remember and remind. However, the child, who is now a student with basics, will progress in a cheerful and relaxed environment.

At this level, the child discovers the coordination of body position, hitting, breathing and arm mobility. Motor skills are essential to learn swimming, but repetition will help the learning process. Proper foot movement (foot-water hitting) at this level is an important step.
